For adventure, in the spirit of Henry Dana (2 years Before
the Mast), I served as deck hand aboard the ship M/V George M, an offshore oil
platform maintenance and utility vessel (1987) working the waters between Pt
Conception and L.A. Harbor.

Employed at Wyatt Technology Corporation (WTC) from 1999
until 2007 during which time I designed the electronics for the flagship
product of WTC. The instrument is an 18 channel laser light scattering
measurement system accurate to 1 part in 12 million. The design effort included
PCB design and layout the 10 layer measurement and microprocessor circuit board
as well as the power distribution and system level electronics design for the
company's flagship product the Dawn Heleos.
