I was so inspired by the "HOPE" campaign poster, that I made this version in multiple layers. There are 16 different colors squiggled onto the canvas. Between each layer of squiggles, I put a heavy coat of clear gloss acrylic.

About Eric:
Eric's passion for art began as a young child; he never asked for toys for Christmas, instead he asked for paints, brushes, clay, etc. His Mother fueled his passion by enrolling Eric in three different after-school art programs in his hometown of Nashua, NH.
Eric enlisted in the USAF in 1989 and studied Fine Arts at the University of North Dakota for two years. He was then re-assigned several times and eventually graduated with a B.S. in order to fulfill his goal of becoming an Air Force Officer. In January 2011, Eric retired from the USAF as a Logistics Readiness Officer with a Master of Arts degree. His art is influenced by his travels and TDYs throughout the US and oversees (Germany, Italy, Sweden, United Kingdom, Kyrgyzstan, Bahrain, and Afghanistan).
Eric recently settled down in Prattville, AL to create art with his wife, Laura, and grow their visual arts company: www.Mind2Medium.net.
They have two young children who love to create art as well. They recently built a 16’X30’ art studio detached from the house where all four McGreevys go to listen to music and pour our minds out onto canvasses. :^)
